It is with tremendous sadness that the Board of Directors ("the Board") of      
Metorex announce the passing of Mr John Hopwood, a non-executive director and   
the Chairman of the Audit Committee.  His diligence, dedication and counsel as a
member of the Board will be sorely missed.
